I have just come back from teaching a summer school for the Norwegian calligraphy society, in Sandnes, close to Stavanger.
the workshop facilities were wonderful, but most of all the people were so welcoming and receptive in the teaching, so we all had a great time.
This large barn was once a cow shed,
when our hosts were dairy farmers.
Inside is a splendid studio with space
for plenty of work and break-out resting
places, such a luxury!
