It’s now over, but here are a few images, it was fun setting up and the work is fantastic.

I have had such a great time, writing on the walls of a soon-to-open bookshop in Woodstock, Oxon. if you are in the area, it’s in the centre of town next to a bread/ cake shop and promises to be quite a honeypot. I was up a ladder all day whilst below me a constant buzz of excitement as helpers sorted through books and made plans; I now know what it feels like to be a fly on the wall…

Sarum College

Open until December, Sarum College Salisbury (close to the Cathedral) has an exhibition spread around its building of lettercutting, sculpture and painting, themed on the 400th anniversary of the King James Bible. I have four hangings displayed. there are some fabulous sculptures, and I particularly love the lettercarving by Robyn Golden-Hann. Do visit if you are in the area, but you’ll have to ask for a map when you go in, or you’ll miss a lot of treasures!

Art in Action

I’m just back from 4 hectic days of demonstrating – but what fun!

crowds of people visit this amazing annual event – see www.artinaction.org.uk to see artists, poets, musicians all display and demonstrate their skills and talk and explain their passion. I had little time to see other tents but what I did see was up to its usual high standard.
